The TANDEM CF3 by Colombo Filippetti S.p.A. is a standardized mechanism that combines, within a single housing, two groups of complementary profile cams and roller followers of the CF3 series.
The uniform rotary motion of the single input shaft is converted into two intermittent rotary motions on the output shafts, which can be unidirectional indexing or bi-directional oscillating. The output shafts always operate in perfect phase and synchronization with each other and with the input shaft, ensuring maximum precision and reliability.
The combination of output motion types is fully flexible, allowing an intermittent motion to be paired with an oscillating motion, two intermittent motions, or two oscillating motions. This enables machine customization and optimization in close collaboration with the client (coengineering).
